*Subject to Referrer having entered into Squadron’s Referral Agreement, and subject to all terms of the Referral Agreement, Squadron is offering a bonus of (1) 2018 Mercedes Benz E300 up to HK $850K value for all referrals that result in a funding of HK$15MM or more or (2) 2018 Porsche Panamera up to HK $1.65MM value for all referrals that result in a funding of HK$35MM or more for all transactions which are funded by 16 February 2017, limit one car per funding. Squadron reserves the right to modify or withdraw this program, without notice, including substitution of similar car make and model, or changes in accessories and packages. Bonus recipient grants to Squadron, its assigns, licensees, and successors, the unconditional right, license, and perpetual authority to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise display, Referrer’s success stories, likeness, experience, awards, and the like, and releases Squadron, its employees, officers, directors, managers, and agents from any and all claims arising out of the use of Referrer’s success stories, likeness, experience, and awards.*
